It was delightful staying in a spacious room with two comfortable queen beds and cozy chairs.

This place is simply clean, has a basic vibe that's nice. The rooms are comfortable, not too small, and have decent beds - that's definitely a plus. The staff here are kind and thoughtful. I must say, the room decoration is nice and the location's spot on. 🌟

My stay at this hotel was above average. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave, and in-room Keurig coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant interaction with them during my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including a hot sandwich, which was a nice touch.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Upon checkout I was charged 140.00 more than what I booked on Booked.net. The hotel said they had no control over what Booked.net put in the computer. I pulled up my confirmation email and they told me they would have to check into it. For now they charged my credit card at the higher price. still waiting for my credit!!!

The personnel at the hotel were absolutely kind and consistently courteous. The room I booked online was spotlessly clean, and it had 2 queen beds, which I liked. The location of the hotel was great and perfect for exploring the lovely area, near Overland Park, Harry, Teddy, and Kim restaurants, and downtown. Applebee's was within walking distance from the hotel, which was convenient for grabbing a drink or two.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The room was clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The made-to-order omelettes at breakfast were delicious. The hotel's location was reasonably close to downtown and within a couple of blocks to Carraba's restaurant, making it convenient for exploring the KC area.

rEntrance was convenient for elderly man with COPD. Request for room near elevator was honored. Coffee and tea in room. Breakfast. Others in party liked omelet. Gym, pool and drinks would be good for some, but not what we needed.

Would have liked a recliner rather than resting chair. Vending machine was out of colas and had limited drinks. Sprayer in tub desired. Price charged seemed higher than price given on line when booked two weeks prior to viisit.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The carpet looked new and was clean.

The made to order omelets were made with mystery eggs. Even though I paid cash when checking in, I found that there was a charge for the room on my credit statement online. I'm trying to get this resolved. We hung up our towels so that they would not be changed in order to save water. They were changed anyway. We also left a note to just make the bed without changing the sheets, They were changed anyway. Used bars of soap were also taken away and replaced. This was a complete waste.
